I’ve had the privilege of having Dr. Neetu Bansal as my radiologist at CloudNine Bellandur throughout my pregnancy, having had 6 scans so far.

Even with little time to spare between patients, Dr. Bansal remains focused, calm, and attentive, making sure I feel comfortable and well-informed at every step. Her ability to explain things clearly, answer all my questions, and provide reassurance during each scan is something I truly appreciate.

Dr Neetu is soft spoken and very good radiologist. She explains in detail during scanning. I preferred consulting her in both my pregnancies over others and took appointments well in advance. She clarifies all the queries clearly and takes sufficient time to cover complete scan properly.

I have had the most unpleasant experience with Dr. Neetu Bansal during my 36 weeks Growth Scan appointment. Neither she was attentive towards me nor did she explain anything about the baby. She didn’t even show us the image of the baby. She called my husband inside but didn’t explain anything to him either. When I thought I am done and was ready to leave the room she said she needs to TVS. And when I was screaming in pain instead of being comforting she became agitated and finished the scan hastily. She was rushing too much and also she pressed the device on my belly very hard that sometimes it was hurting. ** * *** ***** ******* *** *** ******** ******* ** *** ** ****** * ** ********* ** *** **** ** ****** *** **** ***** ******* **** I will not recommend her to anyone.

Went for ultrasound scan. Experience was good except for waiting time of around 30 min. Good experience with Dr Neetu. She is thorough professional and explains about the procedure and results well. She cleared all my doubts. Front desk should be little more polite and organised I feel.

Dr Neethu madam is very friendly , Polite and humble with everyone . She will explain everything in detailed manner. I went for NT Scan and Anomaly scan .She will not hesitate to answer patient doubts. My baby was not in proper position during scan and she waited patiently and she completed my scan .She treated in smooth way which does harm to me and my baby .I personally feel she makes her patient to feel more positive and comfortable with her .

Doctor is extremely rude. She didn't communicate with me at all. Suddenly, very rudely she started screaming to hold my breath during the scan. it's difficult to do so with mask. ***** ***** ** ** ********** ******** *** *** ******* Slight empathy towards pregnant women/ patients would go a long way.
