I m very satisfied with the treatment today I got from this clinic. All the staff including doctors , surgeon , office boy everybody are very supportive and well organised . I thank Especially Doctor Annu Mam , shr did all my tooth scalling and Crown fixing .She did very politely and she has lots of patience and always approachable behaviour she has.

Doctor is **** ************* *** experienced explains so well in detail. She always asks if you have any questions and answers well before proceeding for further treatment. She emphasise on prevention is better than cure. We are satisfied with support and treatment overall.

Good Treatment

My both sons are got well with the treatment

1. Doctor needs more patience, also she was drawing conclusions from our facial expressions which is so opposite of what Doctors do.

2. No one who checked my daughter sanitised their hands nor wore gloves.

3. I don’t believe the tools were sanitised either nor were they opened fresh out of packages.

4. ************* *** hygiene should be given utmost priority and patience to listen to your patients.

5. Spray that they used to numb the gums had a bent pipe that touched my daughter’s gums, was that pipe changed after the previous patient? No, as the pipe is attached to the cork of the bottle. It is gross that the pipe had gone into several mouths before my daughter’s.

Everything was rushed to be completed giving very less to no opportunity for me to speak up else I would have walked out of the clinic.

I was here for a general checkup upon walk-in. Had a very pleasant experience. Friendly staff and doctor. I highly recommend this place.

We first visited Little Pearls when our daughter injured her tooth. Dr. Neeraja patiently and methodically explained to us the diagnosis, showed us the xrays and clearly explained next steps. My daughter felt very comfortable getting root-canal done at Little Pearls.

After this first experience, both my husband and I switched to consulting Little Pearls. Everyone (Dr. Neeraja, Dr. Poonam, Dr. Vivek) at Little Pearls is caring and meticulous. In every instance, the job was done right the first time.

We also consulted Dr. Vivek (Orthodontist) for alignment and he did a tremendously great job treating both my daughter and I. He's very approachable and helps us online too, if we have an urgent question.

We have always been fairly billed. Never over-charged. Every single charge was clearly explained to us.
