Dr. Naveed Azam

The doctor is very good, hears you out, calms your nerves and gives you all the time you need. Dr. Azam is also very experienced so the confidence in his tone is very reassuring.

The hospital though, can’t be appreciated at all times, be prepared to spend some time with them.

Their pathology lab is not in-house but a third party, and my test reports were delayed by more than a week.

ALWAYS take appointments with Dr. Azam though, since that’s how it works in the hospital.

I spent 2 hours sitting there because I didnt take an appointment the first time

My Dad who is 65 years old, had been profusely vomiting everything he eats or drinks. We consultant 3 different doctors before coming to Dr. Naveed, performed all possible tests. Blood test, Ultrasound scan, Echo Cardiogram, Endoscopy, CT Scan but couldn't figure out what the problem was. None of the medicines given by previous doctors made an effect. So we decided to consult with Dr. Naveed, and he was extremely friendly, listened to the problem. He asked to perform one more blood test and he figured out what the problem was. My dad had Pancreatitis and he explained the whole thing seamlessly. The nurses in the clinic are extremely co-operative, the front office staff as well. Thank you Dr. Naveed and Practo.

Suggestion for Prime Care hospital - front office staff needs help in managing the OPD patients. Needs to be more standardised.

Doctor is nice but prime care hospital have no facilities. I visited Doc on Wednesday and he advice me to take scan and blood test on same day as i m suffering from pain and vomiting but their radiologist dont have time as he/she was in hurry to go home....till today means Saturday i m still waiting for my scan and test.i cant take scan frim outside because doctors there only prefer their own house reports..

My first interaction with Dr Naveen Azam was good as he was patient to listen to my problem.

However my next visit to him (on his advise) to show the reports (for which advance appointment was taken) was disappointing.

I had visited Dr Naveed for a Gastro related issue which was recurring for last 6-8 months and he had advised medication and a few tests. When reviewing the report the doctor was extremely insensitive, rude and negligent. He spent less than a minute with me and refused to listen to my problem. He expected me to answer him in a word on how I was feeling. When I tried explaining my problem to him, he bluntly replied that he doesnt have time to listen to me as he has other patients too look into. He also went ahead and said that I do not have an appointment with him whereas the appointment was taken in advance. Such irresponsible behaviour is not expected from a doctor atleast.

As a patient it was disheartening to see such a behavior from a reputed and experienced doctor like Dr Syed Naveed.

Dr was very kind, politely he heard the whole story! He was hopeful as well.. though he diognised my problem he didn't refuse to hear what I felt

He explains the problem very well..and also clearly tells the treatment plan. Dint have to wait for long..

Doc was experienced and very reassuring. Appointment happened on time and the clinic staff was helpful.

The doctor is very friendly and tries to understand the root cause of the problem. Doesn't jump to conclusions without any confirmation. I am still in middle of the treatment and hoping to recover soon under his treatment.

He is an amazing doctor...the way he treated my grndmom was sooo good.....i would always recommend him..***** ** *** **** *******************
