We have been consulting with Dr. Narender from the Department of Plastic Surgery at Sakra Hospital, Bellandur for our young daughter, who is being treated for a facial scar. She had a fall while playing and suffered an injury that required stitches. Unfortunately, the initial treatment at a hospital in a tier-2 city left her with uneven and large stitches that could have caused a prominent scar.

We were referred to Dr. Narender by our pediatrician, and we are truly grateful for that. From our first visit, he was exceptionally gentle and patient. After her traumatic experience, our daughter had developed a deep fear of doctors and hospitals, but Dr. Narender’s calm demeanor, kind words, and reassuring approach made all the difference.

She had to undergo surgery as part of her treatment, and the doctor took the time to explain each step and the reasons behind it in detail, which gave us great comfort and confidence.

Today, our daughter is healing beautifully and has regained her cheerful self. We are deeply thankful to Dr. Narender for his expertise, compassion, and support — we will always remain grateful to him for helping our daughter recover both physically and emotionally.

I consulted doctor for breast abscess surgery.After my c section on jan 16th 2021,a small lump appeared in my left breast. Later it developed into an abscess. My gynecologist Priyanka reddy(ovum hospital)suggested an immediate surgery to drain it out,since tablets were not working.Everything was decided on an emergency basis.On the day of operation i met doctor for the first time.I was worried.But he spoke with me before surgery and gave detailed explanation of what is going to be done.He was a very calm composed and compassionate person.I was relieved and procedure was done precisely.He managed to make minimum cuts and puss was drained out.After surgery,when we went for all the follow up consultations,he made sure we are clear with all the doubts.Wound dressings were made each time with utmost care.He is a very knowledgeable person.He always gave quick replies in watsup which many of the doctors never try to do in their busy schedule.Wounds are healing very well.You are clearly an expert.Thank you so much.Patient handling is something other doctors have to learn from you.
