Dr. Namrata S Panoli

My experience with Dr. Namrata S Panoli was good. She is a good doctor and I have visited her before as well. The clinic overall was good, though there was some wait time due to staff vacancies. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I had a good experience with the doctor I met. They explained everything clearly, and the clinic staff and wait time were all good as well.

I went for a regular eye checkeup. First of all i had to wait 45 mins even though I had bookedn an appointment. Then some junior doctor did my power examination. After that I had to wait another 20 mins. Then the doctor told me that she could not prescribe me power unless I go through dilatation process. i have never heard of dilatation for something as simple as power checkup

Doctor was friendly. My irritation was because of a dust particle, which was resolved by her. However, felt eye drips were bit costly costing 1000 for two eye drops. Consultation charge was 600 which was fine.

Staff at reception were not helpful. The report also wasn't given after Dr. Sanjana's visit for cornea.

Doctor was friendly and explained the issue in details. Staff was friendly and all are automated system.

Doctor whom I consulted was hemanth. He was very good. Very friendly advice. Thorough checkup had been done.
