Doctor was friendly. My irritation was because of a dust particle, which was resolved by her. However, felt eye drips were bit costly costing 1000 for two eye drops. Consultation charge was 600 which was fine.

Doctor was friendly and explained the issue in details. Staff was friendly and all are automated system.
I went for a regular eye checkeup. First of all i had to wait 45 mins even though I had bookedn an appointment. Then some junior doctor did my power examination. After that I had to wait another 20 mins. Then the doctor told me that she could not prescribe me power unless I go through dilatation process. i have never heard of dilatation for something as simple as power checkup
