She is very rude, unwelcoming, arrogant and shows up an hour after appointment time. She has zero empathy towards patient's emotions . She barely spent any time explaining the issue (15sec max i'd say). I had to get an emergency early pregnancy scan recommended by my doctor as I was bleeding heavily in my 8th week. Dr Namitha happened to be the radiologist in the scan room and I can say the Dr clearly lacks empathy. She delivers the news ** ** ********** ******** with zero emotion, dictates it to another person to type it out and she's done with her job. I get down, still bleeding heavily, trying to wear my clothes and then thank her to which she murmured a reply ****** ******* **** *** ******* which I don't remember. ******* ******** ****** **** ** **** * ******* ** ********* ****** **********

Doctor is good but very bad experience with the receptionist and billing staff inside scan area. They made us to wait till 2-3 hours saying only 4 patients there before us but they sent lot many in between and we were just waiting and requesting. After long time we got the chance and they made me go inside scan area and asked my husband to wait outside and they made other guys to come inside for billing and enquiry and meanwhile they started the scan, I asked them to call my husband inside and after they completely attended those guys they called husband. After the scan we asked them not to make other guys enter the room like this then they started arguing and said they will work according to their comfort only. This behavior is really not expected with such reputed hospital, they need to improve on their attitude and should maintain privacy at any cost.I hope hospital will consider the issue and take action accordingly
Not friendly, just wants to do her part of work. Not informative. For the price they charge in Cloudnine .. Doctor is not up to my expectation. 4D scan and 2D scan is priced same.. My First trimester scanning doctor who was a male is far better than Dr. Namita.. No comfort zone is created.

Had been for 7th month growth scab. Just does her job.. No clear explanation.. Very formal.. A hospital like cloudnine can afford better patient friendly doctor for scanning..
The doctor was very friendly informative and patient. She answered all the queries genuinely and made us feel better**** *** **** ************* *** would definitely recommend her
