I started experiencing severe pain in the chest(angina) and a feeling of choking along with shortness of breath in early May. I have been a regular at cardio exercises for the last 5-6 years and my annual health check as recent as in end of March (at Agilus) was negative for ECG and TMT. My visit to a cardiologist on 15th of May at my hometown also showed a negative ECG and Echo. After returning to Bangalore I consulted Dr. Moorthy who advised me to get a CT Angio done which identified a total blockage in mid LAD. Without any delay we proceeded with the angiography and confirmed the issue and went ahead with subsequent angioplasty on the 31st of May.

We are consulting Dr Nagarajamoorthy for last one year for my father's heart related issues. He was our third consultation as we had consulted two doctors from reputed hospitals before. Although the previous doctors had diagnosed the issues accurately, they had advised to undergo angioplasty. But when we met Dr Nagarajamoorthy, he studied the reports in detail and himself conducted 2D echo to understand the heart condition thoroughly and he explained the risk involved angioplasty considering my father's heart functioning condition. He advised for medication and regular follow ups. Just recently conducted the 2D echo and there is remarkable progress in heart functioning of my father. Certain parameters which was in severe stage last year, now has come to mild and moderate condition.
