I consulted Dr. Lakshmi at Tatkshana Ayurveda Hospital Yeswantpur for my Vaata and Pitta issues like improper digestion, burning sensation in stomach, feeling anxiousness, sometimes getting dizziness and mostly burning sensation in eyes.

Was recommended 10 days detoxification as initial treatment, which I followed as per instructions from Dr. Lakshmi and I am feeling much better. She was always following up and guiding me via calls and whatsapp.

Also, I lost around 3.5 kgs weight (I was already in healthy weight range), weight loss may vary from person to person. Being a person who preferred only those food items that were restricted 😅, I thought it would be very difficult for me but honestly it was not that difficult and now at 9th day I am feeling relaxed, light and energetic.

I have Pcod and irregular periods and since April 1st 2025 my periods started it didn't stop even after 20 days. I am fed up with allopathy treatment so I searched in Google for Ayurvedic treatment for Pcod got this address of the hospital. Dr.Lakshmi treated me, she is friendly and suggested me medicine to stop my excessive bleeding and periods stopped after a week . She suggested me detoxification diet which helps to reduce my pcod and fatty liver . We will get kit which will have instructions to follow how and when to cook , what to eat, medicines(surna) included in the detoxification package . I reduced 5kg , left light and good . I will continue this treatment for few more days to reguarilze my periods, my weightloss . Doctor is very approachable in watsapp and calls during the treatment,every day morning weight we need to update and food taken in the day is monitored and suggested if any modifications required.
