I had pain at my surgical neck area, it was a complex surgery post accident. So i was a bit concerned and careful before consulting a doctor other than the Doctor who performed the surgery before 3 years.

Analysed and went to Smrithi ENT hospital purely as per the Practo reviews, though i had ENT/head & Neck doctors close to my place. Worth trusting and visitng.

Below are my experiences because of which i would feedback an apt Doctor with best service.

Doctor carefully, patiently viewed my past Historical records/reports

Listened my verbal explanation of present problem

Checked the painful area carefully

Summarized the interpretations both in writing a report & verbal patiently, clarifiying all the doubts specifically and optimistically.

Last but not the least, consulting fee was apt for the consulting.

Above points may sound basic for many but this are all what makes a patient feel good, +ve and self confident.

My recommendations for fellow friends and other practo users/patients if you are looking for an ENT/head&heck specialist.

Once again

I visited Doctor Myna for an injury in my ear. I thought I had injured my ear drum as there was bleeding and heavyness. Dr. Myna examined the area and to my relief she told me that there was a cut in the inner skin and that my eardrum was safe. As a result of this cut, there was a blood clot formation which was removed. She prescribed an ear drop and provided precautionary advice.

Long ago, my brother had an issue with a ruptured eardrum and Dr. Myna was the one who had healed the injury in no time so you can say that this is my second visit.

I would highly recommend you to consult Dr.Myna for ENT issues.

Must Visit !

1. Doctor came before time

2. Properly examined me

3. Told me the root cause and why it happend to me

4. Medicines were not that costly and was for 2 days only and a month use on a nasal spray. She asked me to visit after a month.

5. No nonsence talk which most private hospital do, like get admitted, get some x ray, get some test done etc etc, without doing any serious examination and without telling you the reason why the test/x ray is needed. Believe me it happens in real world.

6. Go with your past medical records and do not hide anything with your doctor.
