I went to visit the doctor at the given time , They asked me to wait for an hour even though I have already booked an appointment for 2Pm they said it will take some time you have to wait till 3Pm and the entire process will take 2-3 hours.I told them that I already have an appointment from Parcto they said they are 3rd parties and we don't take such appointments.Booking from Parcto doesn't work ,then why they booked and confirmed.Very disappointed.The staff were not friendly and arrogant .Don't book your appointment from Parcto.
