I had a sore throat 3 days back , this is during the lockdown period ,first week of April 2020 . I had called the hospital number and surprised that doctor herself attended the call , heard me out , my symptoms and diagonized based on it and prescribed me mild medicines , i m feeling good now . Thank you doctor for helping me out even during lockdown time , i recommend and very very happy with her consulting . Thank you doctor .

I am visiting Dr.Muktha for more than 7 years for my sinus issues. I am very happy with the diagnosis and treatment. She explains well and also tells how to avoid for future. She also make sure to recommend good doctor in other fields if required. I now take my kids to her for ENT related illness.

Dr.Pai is an excellent and warm hearted doc.She pin pointed the problems and adviced lifestyle modifications to begin with.Felt very comfortable interacting with her.As a beginner in the city,what precautionary measures should be taken specially dealing with the weather conditions and steping up diet to cope up with sinus problems. Would like to keep in touch with the doc regularly.

I had an appointment with the Doctor and got there to see she was not in her clinic yet. I called her twice to make sure she was going to see my on time. Which seemed to have irritated her. The minute she walked in and asked me v the problem she heldid my ear hard and pulled my ear around like you would do to a child at school for God sake I wasn't there to take her frustrations. She pressed the infected area multiple times even after I told her it hurted and she seemed to do it irritated. I heard her out and left to consult another doctor. The pain increased and doubled because she forcefully and roughly pressed the infected area. The experience wasnt great and wish she had handled gently..I wouldn't be in pain today
