Found chirag hospital too..... Decided to visit this hospital

Met Dr.Rajashekar on Monday 11th November. He is so wonderful and has very nice staff too. Explained very well and gave me confidence that laser treatment will be fine and not to worry or get scared. My surgery was done on 13th November 2024.

Will now give feedback about everything in steps:

1. Nurses are very kind and pricked saying sorry for putting I V ..... Really loved this...... As for drips, they must get the nerve pricked and in many hospitals they treat us like animals and just put the needle very rude way...... but here, it's not so. Nurses are very kind and good. She made us to bring smaller needle due my small veins which was really great 👍🥰 After surgery, was unable to pass the urine and nurses came, helped me to pass by giving instructions, helping without using urine tube, they made me pee very easily 🥰🥰🥰

they were like our own sisters 😍😍

2. I must specify here Dr. Rahul who gave anesthesia...... Excellent and great experienced doctor. I thanked him immediately after giving spinal injection for very less pain prick and really he was like God to me 🙏🙏🙏 Thanks to Dr. Rahul for giving instructions, treating as a child and pricking very gently...... Excellent doctor 👌👌👌

3. Surgery was done by Dr.suchitra and Dr.Rajashekar which took just 15 mins.

4. They have given best medicines after surgery and explained well how to take care after surgery. Very professional and friendly too.

5. Price is bit high for middle class, but now a days everything is costly. Comparatively it's normal price only.

6. Dr Rajashekhar is determined and non-commercial. Down to earth person, friendly, who must live long to treat many more patients and help many people to lead best life 😍🥰🙏👍👌👏

Overall experience was best and thanks for giving confidence and solving my greatest problem 🙏🙏🙏🥰🥰🥰

The healing process will be according to the patient's body response and how we follow their given instructions carefully. I followed their instructions 100% and till now not faced any problem after surgery.

Dr Rajasekhar sir is an Excellent Doctor and a Great Human being. I was suffering from severe pain in anal area and was hesitant to consult doctor. Being a typical software Engineer, i started to google for best doctors across Bangalore and came across Dr Rajasekhar in practo. Booked an appointment and consulted Doctor, after first checkup was done Doctor explained problem to me and approaches to solve it. Since I had never undergone any surgery before I was worried, but the way doctor explained about this I was very convinced. Doctor also explained the cause and the way to prevent it. Stress was biggest contributor for this. Me and my wife also opted for 1 hour consultation with Dr Rajasekhar sir to overcome this. They way Rajasekhar sir explained things to overcome Stress was amazing, we felt most of this is known to us but we didn't know to bridge them... But he is rude enough to compensate the other hospital staff.

They made ask thousand interrogation questions ** ** * **** **** **** ****** While billing they calculate each paisa written as mrp on the med. But that's not the same formula they use if they have to refund.

Doctor is a Detail oriented person in his expertise. He invest his time *** ********* on the Laser technology to solve many of this fissure, fistula and piles issues. He has vast experience. He helps easy to resolve this problem. Also the post surgery he feels the pain on everyone shoes and prepared a chart which have list of medicines one should take normally as well on the extreme pain to get rid of the panic situation. His level of expertise is awesome and the hospitality from him is nice and kind. I strongly recommend him in all the aspects. Finally the price of the surgery is decent unlike many multi-specialty hospitals.

We travelled from Australia to get this surgery done in India, after having heard about the trust many of our family and friends have placed in Dr Rajasekhar and the results they have experienced. We were certainly pleasantly surprised by the ease with which the surgery was carried out using the state of the art technology. The Dr explained the health issue with great amount of clarity and the surgery was performed with such precision. The post operative follow up was very good and the recovery period was very short. I have not seen a more honest doctor. Sir was clear,succinct,cogent and concise about the reality of my situation and provided an effective solution instead of asking me to live with it, something most doctors do. I appreciate his counselling, the care provided by the staff and the time Sir took to fully understand the mindset I come from, the afflictions inflicted on me and methods to help fully alleviate an issue I've had for 7 years. Awesome doctor and great human being. Thank you Rajasekhar sir!! I was diagnosed with the 3rd degree thrombosed piles and went through the piles surgery procedure (to be specific - HAL+RAR) in first week of May 2018. I am perfectly OK now and free from pain. Rajasekhar sir explained things properly and he was all caring throughout the recovery period of 2-3 weeks. First week post surgery is bit painful but its worth when I see it now. Rajasekhar sir spent valuable an hour of his time sharing the spiritual knowledge and methods to manage the pain & stress in life. A truly wonderful person I feel so.

The only problem I faced was the language problem with nurses, if you dont know kannada then it might be a bit of problem but still it can be managed.
