I had my left ear blocked due to impacted wax and visited the nearby hospital. He was so bad, that he scared me saying that if he removes this solid wax I will have lot of blood in my ears, your ear drum might have got damaged and to add he said I have already lost 15 decibels of hearing ability. This is the situation in which I went to Dr.Mercy, she was so professional and friendly. She made me feel relaxed and removed the blockage without any pain. Dr Mercy is a friendly and informed doctor. She doesn't have any of the latest jazzy equipments, but she still accurately detects the problem with old style tools. Best part, doesn't give unnecessary medication or prescribe unnecessary procedure.

I had ear pain, and she just gave me ear drops and asked me to keep my ears covered. She diagnosed it as wax deposit, which she said will clear itself. She asked me to take the drops for 5 days but I was much better in 3 days itself. Good experience overall!

I had very bad dust allergy and not able breath from my nose. My nasals were blocked. I visited the doctor and got it cured within a week and am able to breath from my nose and also enjoy my coffee, warm almond milk and the food that I consume with the fragrance that I was missing for almost an year. I went to get my ears pierced by gunshot method by her. She was very nice to talk to . But She did not mark the points to pierce but went a head and pierced it. I dint get to see the mirror there. After coming back home i realised she's done it very unevenly. And it is even noticeable. I regret going to her. I'm left helpless with uneven noticeable ear piercing even after shelling out 1500.

not at all happy, I went to check up my ear paining, she told don't speak on phones.. Not even 5minutes.. I asked what is the solution to reduce pain.. We should not use phone only it seems.

Then why should we go for treatment.

I won't recommend, don't miss use your money.. I wasted 600Rs. For 2minutes of consultation.

Today we reached the clinic a little late. Consultation time was over and Doctor had already left the clinic. But fortunately I met her from the basement and I explained her my problems. Then she said she is ready to come back to the clinic for consultation. Im really thankful to her for that..

Experience with doctor was good. She patiently listened to the our problems and then did some tests. After that was able to diagnosis the root cause effectively. And then she explained all the things to us in detail and how the root cause is resulting into the ear pain.

Didn't prescribe any unnecessary medicine and just suggested some habit changes.

I had a terrible ear blockage which got very painful eventually. She gave ******* diagnosis of my ailment and nailed down the root cause to my nose blockage (I still don’t know how she figured it out but I do have severe nasal issues too)

I underwent ear cleaning procedure after a week of prep treatment and my ear got better.

Her clinic is reasonably priced and she didn’t charge me for a follow-up visit. The ear cleaning process costed around ₹800 which is cheap in my opinion considering its a delicate process and she has over 30 years of experience.

Since I had throat pain for a long time. I consulted the doctor. She prescribed me a nosal spray. And doctor fee was 500Rs. After two weeks also, it dint get cured. Once I stop using spray for two days, again the pain started. Immediately I consulted the doctor, she gave me the prescription of same medicine with Rs.500 of doctor fee. And told me that there is no other medicine for this throat problem. However my throat problem continued whenever I stop using it.
