I had very bad experience with my appointment scheduled. There was no good communication between practo and clinic. Practo app was showing appointment confirmation and i also got call from clinic for the same. I invested my 4 hrs of time struggling in Bangalore office reaching the clinic to know that there is no record about my appointment at clinic. Management at clinic was terrible, i was standing there clueless with my wife, what to do. No one responded. After waiting for 2 hours. I lost my anger, and somehow got a slot with the doctor.
