They charged double in terms for follow up consultation after 7 days. And the receptionist was very rude and didn’t adhere to any requests. The doctor also misguided to come AFTER 7 days. We went after 7 days they told its incisive of the day of visit. But doc never mentioned this and got another consultation fees. As a customer felt very disappointed . There is no feeling for service. It’s transactional and even if you treat it as transactional atleast focus on customer service. ******** ******** ******* *** **** *** *** ******** ******** *****

Dr. Mayur Nair was very understanding and super careful with medicines, yet very effective in treating my throat infection.

I visited Apollo Clinic, Sarjapur, for the removal of a fish bone that had been stuck in my throat for over 20 hours. It was a large bone, with almost 99% embedded deep in the tissue, and since it wasn’t moving, I wasn’t even sure if it was still there, but I felt pain and uneasiness.
