visited in regards to my father severe back ache, got treated right ..my father was much better very next day after the treatment .Doctor listens to the complaint patiently and gives the right solution and preventive measures as well. i surely recommend doctor for any ortho needs

The doctor is good. More importantly when he saw I did not have a vehicle to go about he himself drove me to the x-ray facility/ lab.

The reception/ guys handling the bills and medicines aren't that efficient.

p s: it's helpful if you know kannada or go with someone who does.

Very good doctor. Highly recommended. He gives time to patient and check thoroughly. Clinic is good and well maintained. Staffs are alao very helpful.

The doctor is good but admin staff is very slow. I spent 30min for transaction where I was the only person. Both the card machines did not work,they did not know how to operate it

Doctor is very good and quick to diagnose the exact problem and promt in explaining the root cause and treatment.

But the billing part was not satisfactory as it took more than 15 mins. The person did nt seem to know how to operate a card machine.

The doctor is very good and very nice to talk to. Would definitely recommend. Explained everything perfectly. But the admin is terrible. They do not have properly trained staff to deal with customers. The bills are being written by hand on paper with calculation being done on a calculator. The amount was wrong and we had to ask them to re-do it. Very frustrating especially when you want to get home after treatment.

The Dr. was empathetic & was able to quickly analyst and act to the situation. The front desk staff Ms. Suma was very helpful. Hygienic & well maintained clinic.
