I recently visited the eye care hospital and had a very good experience. The staff was polite and helpful throughout the process. The dr "Jyothi" explained everything clearly and patiently, which made me feel comfortable. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Overall, I am satisfied with the care and service provided by Jyothi Eye Care Centre
Visited For Ocular inflammation and uveitis
I reached the hospital before my schedule but the doctor was not available.
She came in 15 to 20 min late and followed to take in patients who had come in without an appointment.
Finally when it was my turn she had her assistant check my eye and told me that there is no major issue and that I'm suffering from Hypermetropia and gave me lubricating drops.

Went to Ebisu eye care for regular eye checkup.
The doctor reached very late, she did the check-up in a hurry even though there were only 2 patients and I was the first one. *** **** ** ***** *** ***** ****** ****** * ***** ******* **** *** ****** ** ********** ***** *********** She did not even ask about any eye problem I am facing and when I tried to explain the same, *** *** *** ********* ******** and just wrote some eye drops. * ***** *** *** *** ****** *** *** ********* *** ******* ** ** ************** ******* Won't recommend this place to anyone for an eye checkup although the staff was pretty cooperative.

There is a lot of room for improvement w.r.t eye checkup (power correction). I was surprised to find the numbers advised at this clinic *incorrect* (both cy and axis) when crosschecked at a couple of other centers. I wish and believe the management would look to implement improvements in future. As a patient, you must insist to double check the results because the vision correction is as important as any other clinical treatments. The clinic seem to have decent facilities but, I felt the basics are missing.

Always **** explain in words which are easy to understand for people like us who don’t have medical background.Admin staff helped to get things easy for insurance claim, all test & procedure for myself we almost closed everything in 1 day & surgery happened within 1 day!All equipments & procedure are upto mark still procedure are in budget compare to other options. Hospital is really well maintained.
