Dr. Manamohan is a mental health professional in the Department of Mental Health and wellbeing, Apollo Clinic Basavanagudi. He holds his undergraduate degree in MD from the prestigious Manipal University and postgraduate in the field of Psychiatry from Bangalore. After completing his post-graduation, Dr. Manamohan went overseas to further hone his clinical skills. He was a trainee at Melbourne in Australia under the Specialist Supervised Training (SST) by the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and also gained membership to the Royal College of Psychiatrists London.Dr. Manamohan with 9+ years of experience is an expert in the identification and management of various emotional and mental health issues including stress and anger management, attention, concentration and performance issues, sleep problems, communication and relationship problems, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, schizophrenia and psychotic disorders, OCD, Bipolar disorders among others. He has a keen interest in child and adolescent Psychiatry. He has also done a doctoral thesis on children with ADHD. He also holds knowledge in perinatal psychiatry and women’s mental health. Dr. Manamohan believes in comprehensive evaluation in a multidisciplinary approach involving the biological, psychological, social and cultural factors leading the current difficulties faced and helps in formulating a detailed health care plan in finding the solutions for the problems.
