Dr. Mallayya R. Pujari

I have been undergone for a smile correction with Dr pujari in 32smiles ..he made the procedure look easy made my smile very good. Cheers doctor

I had booked an appointment with Dr. Mallayya R. Pujari, but he was not available and another lady doctor attended to me instead. The consultation and cleaning were done by her. There was no explicit dissatisfaction expressed, but the change in doctor was noted.

Dr. Mallayya R. Pujari is an exceptionally professional and skilled dentist. He is very patient, listens carefully, and only recommends what is best. He fixed my mother’s dental cap issue quickly and has done perfect root canal and implant treatments with excellent results. We have trusted him for six years and highly recommend his honest and caring approach.

The experience with the doctor was very good. The doctor explained the implant procedure clearly to us.

Problem i was facing: Whenever i swallowed anything i used to get pain around my ear and tooth area.

Doctor diagnosed TMD and suggested to put braces for 1 year and said there is NO permanent alternative for this issue and it will costs minimum of 27,000 rupees.

Therefore, I took a second opinion. This doctor diagnosed TMD with Occlusal interference. He removed the interference by using his instrument and everything got ok after that. All the pain disappeared.

Neither I had to put any braces for a year nor I had to pay such a huge amount for treatment. I won't recommend him. And i am not sure how he has got so much recommendations.

PS: I am reviewing this after 2 years now, just to make sure the problem did not reappear.

went there for tooth gap and it came out within a week, no point of of spending 1200 rupees. Won’t recommend this doctor and neither I’m visiting again.

The doctor effectively resolved my previous root canal issue during the consultation. I did not require any further procedures or tests, and the visit was smooth and satisfactory.

I have undergone multiple dental procedures in the past— RCTs, wisdom tooth extractions, and extensions — and I have never experienced pain like I did this time. I made the mistake of going to a nearby Clove clinic just because it was close to my house, and that turned out to be a very bad decision. During the extraction attempt there, the pain was so severe that I was about to pass out. My blood pressure shot up to 193, and I was completely shaken and traumatized.

In desperation, I called 32 Smiles, Kundanhalli, and thankfully Dr. Pujari himself picked up the call. The moment I spoke to him, I explained everything I was going through. When I told him how much pain I was in, he calmly said,, “I will remove it — you won’t feel any pain.”

That confidence alone relieved half of my pain and anxiety. Despite having a late-night bus to catch, he still called me in during the evening and treated me ******* *** ***** The extraction was done with such precision, care, and expertise that I felt absolutely no pain. What amazed me the most was that the intense pain I had before seeing him completely disappeared after the procedure.

I am deeply grateful to Dr. Pujari—not just for his exceptional skill, but for his calmness, confidence, and genuine concern for his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is scared of dental procedures or has had a bad experience elsewhere.
