He explained everything clearly, and overall the clinic experience was fine despite a longer wait due to many patients. I would rate the experience four out of five. However, I am not ready to recommend the doctor yet as I want to see how the prescription works first.

The staff were also nice, though the waiting time was quite long despite booking an appointment, which could be improved.
