Listening to a patient with patience is a key factor to any doctor.. we are not medical practitioners for us to have in depth knowledge about ailments hence we seek doctors who can clearly explain what the situation is and empathise.. Instead he's snapping saying it's migraine and not gastritis "if you don't want to listen, I will test for gastritis, go lie down" are his lines..

instead of snapping he should hv had patience to tell what's the difference and why it happens
