We have known Dr. Madhu from almost 4 years plus now and frankly he's currently our family Doctor, that's because of the trust he's gained over the years. This review might be lil lengthy but needs to shared. Our 1st interaction with Dr was towards my Father in law jaundice issue. Dr explained the root cause and medications which needs to be followed. My father in law followed it for sometime but in later stage his health started getting detorating rapidly due to chronic liver infection. We started seeing other doc referred from relative. Trust me there's a huge difference how Dr Madhu used to treat and the one whome we were seeing in a reputed hospital. Finally we got him under Dr Madhu treatment at R V Aster, he never said ghory stories or made us stay in hospital for additional days unless it was deemed necessary. As an example, during peak of Covid 2nd wave there were no beds available across hospitals. Dr had received our calls in midnights when it was really emergency and guided us through those dark times. To summarise in a sentence he's practical, positive Doctor and most importantly good human being. My FIL didnt make it and expired few months back but Dr Madhu provided his maximum attention, care and solutions until the end to save him which I witnessed it 1st hand. Will def refer him to my near and dear ones without thinking a second. Thank you Doc !

The Doctor is very friendly and supportive. First of all he explains the problem in detail and advises the best course of medication. He is very honest in sharing his opinion and will neither demoralise your spirits by showing you gory scenarios nor will he paint rosy pictures.
He will not burden you with money-minting exercises, like unnecessary tests and procedures.
I was advised a procedure by one of the top hospitals, despite knowing that I have had that performed just 2 months ago.. When I visited the doctor he checked my previous reports and said that procedure is only required after 6 months time gap.
He is very helpful, punctual and approachable and would inform his patients about his travel plans too so that they may not have to suffer.
He will mostly perform the procedures himself rather than designating it to junior staff.
I once had mild fever which I thought was because of infection in ascitic fluid. I prepared myself to be hospitalised and went there. I was examined and was advised to go home as there was nothing to worry.
In today's time when the doctors / hospitals are keen to admit you despite having cough / common cold, such gestures do restore my faith in humanity and in the doctors like Dr. Madhu.
