The doctor is very experienced and explains everything clearly. The facility is neat, clean, and well-equipped, including X-ray services. The charges might be a bit high for some people.

I have been visiting Dr. M J Murali for the last 30 years. He is very friendly, just like his father, Late Dr. Jayakumar. The clinic environment is excellent, and I am satisfied with the consultation. The charges are very reasonable compared to other clinics.

I do not recommend Dr. M J Murali as he did not turn up for the appointment and was replaced by someone else.

Promised 3 settings, wrapped up in 2 and ended up doing an unsatisfactory job on her teeth purely because I opted out of implants. I have been coming to the clinic since 1994 and I knew late Dr jaykumar very well,very affable, sincere,and quality dentist, Dr Murali is no less compitant and I have been switched to Dr Murali no less competant , his old place on double road was good , but the present place is outstanding,lot of innovating items pleasing to the eyes,decor is good so the treatment should be I am coming for the first time to this place and ,I miss the ever smiling face of Dr jaykumar, I have no doubt that Dr Murali will keep his standards in proffesion as would as the decor .

I simply must thank Dr. Murali for making my daughter's dental experience as painless as possible. She was feeling anxious while visiting the clinic, but the humble, friendly atmosphere and the way patients are treated with compassion nade her feel more confident. Dental hygiene being very important, regular checkups are mandatory, and this clinic is our go to clinic for its up-to-date technology, modern machines, equipment, needless to say most skilled and qualified doctor in all dental specialties!

They start the treatment before telling you the cost or even explaining the process. Throughout the treatment they would come up with new issues and charge for the same.

I have done tooth filling in several clinics never did I experience such pain. The staff do not handle the tools properly. I got a cut in my tongue while doing the tooth filling.

I called the clinic to check doctor’s availability and then visited once I got confirmation. Upon visiting, the doctor was not there. They are taking booking in the name of experienced doctors and some junior doctor is there to check the patients and is using the doctor’s prescription slip.
