I landed to this Doctor's cabin after a reference from my mom's actual doctor who's is a surgeon and asked to have an opinion from a medicine doc. My mom was diagnosed with CLD (Chronic Liver Disease) with various tests done thru her original doc who was surgeon. On talking to this doc, he firstly showed his absolute apathy to the test results done so far and later asked to under various tests. We obliged and did some test in the same hospital and some form other centers. I was amused and irritated when he told why I have done tests outside and not in the same hospital? When I tell him reasons, he showed a sheer disinterest in suggesting the line of treatment and instead referred back to us to my mom's original doc. * **** ***** **** **** ** ************** ****** ** ** ******** *** ******* **** * **** *** ** *** ******* ***** *** ******* ****** ********* His behavior too I find quite rude.
more..I went to the doctor for gastro problem and he suggested some tests. When I went to the lab in another hospital which was closer tomy location to do the tests, the concerned people were unable to understand what the doctor has written. I called manipal hospital just to know what was written, I was routed and re-routed couple of times and somebody picked the phone to tell me that the doctor is busy. The point is I never asked for a specific doctor, i wanted somebody from the same department to tell me the name of the tests.
