I had a good experience with Dr. Krishna Kumar. He explained everything clearly, and I would give him four out of five stars. The clinic visit was smooth with no wait time, but I think the directions to the department could be improved as it was a bit hard to find the right floor.
Dr. Krishna Kumar explained everything clearly and I had a good experience with him. The clinic staff and wait time were fine, but I felt the hospital charges, especially for the MRI, were too high. Overall, I would rate my experience as 3.5 out of 5.

This review comes a little later than intended, yet I feel compelled to write it — to honor and acknowledge one remarkable soul I’ve encountered in recent days.
My mother, had been suffering from severe knee pain for several years. Due to the many stories we had heard about unsuccessful knee replacement surgeries, she was reluctant to undergo the procedure. I, too, was hesitant because of her age—she is 80 years old.
At this crucial stage, one of my colleagues shared the success story of her mother-in-law’s knee replacement surgery at Medicover Hospital, Whitefield, Bangalore. She especially emphasized the expertise of Dr. Krishna Kumar, who had performed the surgery successfully.
Her recommendation gave us confidence to move forward, and we decided to consult Dr. Krishna Kumar. From our very first meeting, he instilled tremendous confidence in us and recommended replacement surgery for both knees.
The surgery was successfully performed on 21st April 2026. To our amazement, my mother was made to stand and take a few steps with walker support within her room on the very next day after the surgery.
What impressed us even more was Dr. Krishna Kumar’s exceptional post-operative care. He has always been readily available to answer our questions through WhatsApp, which provided us with immense reassurance and peace of mind, knowing that he was there whenever we needed guidance.
One particular incident stands out. On the fifth night after surgery, my mother experienced wheezing and found it difficult to breathe comfortably. I immediately sent a WhatsApp message to Dr. Krishna Kumar. He responded without delay and assured us that he would check on her. I assumed he would see her the following day during his regular hospital rounds. However, despite having already left the hospital and returned home, he came back at around 9 PM that night to personally examine her. His dedication and compassion left us deeply touched.
Now, about six weeks after the surgery, my mother is recovering well and is gradually walking without the support of a walker.
Dr. Krishna Kumar is a humble, down-to-earth gentleman who combines exceptional surgical skill with genuine compassion and humanity. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking an orthopedic surgeon who is not only highly talented but also deeply caring.
My experience with Dr. Krishna Kumar was good. The consultation was quick and efficient, and I felt the visit went smoothly. I would recommend him, especially for follow-up care.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Medicover hospital, whitefield, bangalore
On 6th August, I waited around 20–25 minutes for my appointment. The doctor’s consultation felt very brief and casual, with limited examination despite my complaint of significant shin pain while walking. I was prescribed medication, but when I went to the pharmacy, I waited another 10 minutes only to be told that the prescribed medicines were unavailable.
I was asked to return on 13th August. Again, despite having a 2:40 PM appointment, I waited until around 3:00 PM to see the doctor. I was then advised to undergo an ultrasound. The entire process was ********* unorganised* ***** ****** ** ** ** ****** ************ ******* *** **** ********* *** ********** *********** *** I was repeatedly sent from one counter to another ******* ***** **************

Unfortunately, I will never visit this hospital again, nor will I recommend Predicover Hospital to anyone. I strongly request the management to take this feedback seriously and improve the coordination, communication and professionalism across departments.

He was very good and explained everything well. The clinic experience was fine, though it was crowded because it was a Saturday.
He listens to our problems patiently, examines us in detail, and explains our medical conditions clearly. He then suggests medication accordingly.
