My experience with Dr. Krishna Kumar was good. He explained everything clearly, and the clinic waiting time was reasonable with not much crowd. I would rate the doctor five out of five and would definitely recommend him. The only minor issue was that sometimes the staff spoke very softly and were not always audible.
My overall experience with Dr. Krishna Kumar was good. The doctor explained things clearly, including how long it would take to get better. The clinic staff and waiting time were fine. I would recommend him to others and rate my experience 4.5 out of 5.
Visited For Orthopedic Consultation
My overall experience with Dr. Krishna Kumar was okay. He explained things clearly, and the clinic had a short waiting time with good staff. I would rate the experience 3.5 out of 5. However, since it is very early in the diagnosis, I cannot recommend the doctor yet until the problem is fully solved.
My experience with Dr. Krishna Kumar was good. He explained everything clearly, and I felt comfortable consulting him. The only issue was the one-hour wait despite my appointment being at 3 pm, but overall, I would definitely recommend him and rate my experience five out of five.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Medicover hospital, whitefield, bangalore
On 6th August, I waited around 20–25 minutes for my appointment. The doctor’s consultation felt very brief and casual, with limited examination despite my complaint of significant shin pain while walking. I was prescribed medication, but when I went to the pharmacy, I waited another 10 minutes only to be told that the prescribed medicines were unavailable.
I was asked to return on 13th August. Again, despite having a 2:40 PM appointment, I waited until around 3:00 PM to see the doctor. I was then advised to undergo an ultrasound. The entire process was ********* unorganised* ***** ****** ** ** ** ****** ************ ******* *** **** ********* *** ********** *********** *** I was repeatedly sent from one counter to another ******* ***** **************

During the ultrasound, the process itself was fine* *** **** * *** ******** * ******* *** ****** ********** *** ********** ********* ** *********** ******* ** * ******* ** **** ********* *** ********* ********* ******* ** *** * ****** ******* * ****** ** ******* **** ******* ** *** ****** *** ** * ******** ****** **** ****** ******* ******** ***** *************** *** ********** ** *** *********** I would expect a medical professional to independently interpret and document the findings appropriately.
The ultrasound cost ₹2,200, which I also found quite expensive. ***** *** ********** * *** *** **** ******** ****** ** ***** *** *** **** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** ***

Unfortunately, I will never visit this hospital again, nor will I recommend Predicover Hospital to anyone. I strongly request the management to take this feedback seriously and improve the coordination, communication and professionalism across departments.
Visited For Leg Pain
My experience with Dr. Krishna Kumar was good. The doctor was attentive and I felt satisfied with the consultation. The only issue was that the clinic staff could improve communication about where to go next, as I had to wait and was not informed upfront. Overall, I would recommend the doctor and rate my experience as five out of five.
My experience with Dr. Krishna Kumar was brief and not very detailed. The doctor explained that it was a cartilage issue and prescribed medication, but the explanation could have been more thorough.
