I must say, Dr. Saurav is one of the best doctors to visit for skin related problem.... He takes full time to understand the problem and give the prescribed solution. I have visited many dermatologist in past but was not satisfied by the treatment I received for my skin. Dr. Saurav understood the problem and suggested me to take precaution while outdoors.... Very less medicine prescribed compared to other doctors....

I did not have a good experience with the doctor. I had gone for consultation on 5-6 minor skin issues, which wouldn't have taken more than 10 mins. After discussion on the first issue, he was expecting me to leave but I mentioned that I have a few more issues on which I wanted his opinion. ***** ********** ** * *** ******* ** *** ********* ** he had to keep adding more medicines in the prescription. **** ** ****** **** **** *** * *** ****** ***** **** ****** *** **** ** ** *** ***** **** ** *** **** ** **** I'm being charged more than Rs. 1000 for few minutes of the doctor's time and this is the kind of impatient and impolite behaviour I get from him. ******* ** ****** ** ** **** * ******** *********** *** **** *****. I'm never going back again and will search for a better doctor instead. I do not recommend him.

Visited the doctor in December last year for hair loss treatment, had hair growth issues and no hair fall issues. Diagnosed as FPHL. He gave minoxidil, shampoo and some tablet. Asked to use for 3 months and come back. Told him when I was facing palpitations, headache due to minoxidil. He told me to keep using. Faced severe hair fall after I started the treatment. **** **** ** ** ***** Scalp is visible more now. When approached doctor next month, changed tablet. No improvement. He is friendly, thats all. ** ** *** ****** **** **** *** **** ** ****** **** ********** Still suffering from severe hair fall after this treatment. ** **** ** ****** **** * ****** ***** ******* *** ******** ********

The doctor is very good at what he does. ******* ** *** ********* ** **** ****** He suggests the treatment progressively. He’s very friendly, very patient and always has a smile on his face.
Just one suggestion. Although I didn’t consult him for any trichology problem, it can be good if he can add some stats on his profile viz., number of HTs performed etc.

My experience with doctor Kisalay is nothing short of amazing. I visited for dry skin / eczema on my fingers and between my fingers on both hands. He's very friendly and explains the root of the problem. He rightly identified the irritants and asked me to avoid contact with them as much as possible and use gloves when in contact with the irritants and ofcourse the creams he prescribed did wonders and I could see the results within 5 days of using it.

- First they call and mention that doctor will be available till 7:30. So please come early.
- Then after reaching there people who walked in randomly and people who had come through practo pre-booked consultation are same.
- Cause it is purely first come first serve basis.
- So no use of Practo booking.
