Very reassuring doctor, diagnosed the problem immediately, usually the doctors create stress in the minds of patients, and prescribe a lot of tests, but doctor Kiran assured that I am perfectly fine... took time to explain, why the bleeding happens, root cause, precautions to be taken, and basic things to be done to stop the bleeding. Prescribed medication and confirmed that some precautions and timely medication is enough.

I under went ear surgery at APPLE HOSPITAL. Doctor explained nicely about the need of surgery and out come. i thank staff of hospital who took care of me. thanks
I had dirt/dust accumulated in my ear, he cleaned outer dirt ,And Dr Kiran B started -inner dirt- showing this as infection and recommended operation saying this is serious condition.
He sent us to do CT scanning, when we done with scanning and showed him report, he again sent us back to lab with note for some kind of consideration.
When I asked few questions he didn't answer it satisfactorily.
All this experience I found was very fishy.
You would feel that once you enter Apple hospital, they gonna take you for ride..
This is my personal experience, hopefully it would help someone in future.

Doctor listen my problem and said there is an infection in ear. He did some cleaning. Till this point it was fine but without any issue he sent me for two ear test which costed me Rs 700 unnecessary though my ears were perfectly fine. I did not had hear loss.

Doctors experience was good but the hospital was cramped no place to seat for patients and for attendants who came. The experience is very average and cost was also high, registration was 50.00, doc fee 300.00 over and above this 200.00 again for wax removal !!! Doctor spent hardly 10 mins and overall costed 550.00 which is way too expensive!

Overall the experience was good. The dr was very approachable, consultation charge was 250 and first time registration was 50. Reasonable charges.
