Dr. Khincha HPC

I had acute knee pain since few months. On undergoing various tests I was advised to undergo total knee replacement surgery for both legs. I was not prepared to undergo such a surgery as this was the first time I came across such a situation and I was not mentally prepared also to face the situation. I was totally under depression.

It was then I heard about Dr. Kincha and came to Sagar Hospital. It was the very first time I met Dr. Kincha and discussed my problem with him. After a detaiIed discussion I was impressed with his knowledge and his friendliness with the patient. All the apprehensions I had about the surgery were also cleared and I came out happily fixing the

date for the surgery.

After following all the pre operation formalities I underwent surgery of one knee immediately and the other knee after a gap of 5 weeks. My experience with the Doctor during surgery and post surgery with his team was excellent.

One month has elapsed and now I am able to do all my household work on my own . I am going out for walking and even riding my two wheeler and doing my small personal outdoor work also.

Dr Khincha was recommended to me by our family cardiologist Dr Srihari Das at Sagar Hospital Bangalore when I suffered excruciating left knee pain on a trip in USA last June,2017. Dr Khincha spoke to me over15 minutes on long distance call and assured that if there is no fracture, this could be possibly due a a tissue tear or arithiritis and this would not be life threatening etc. Those fifteen minutes so precious and assured me and I stabilised and on my return I went to his clinic and met the junior doctors and also Dr Khincha. He made thorough examination of both the knees etc also studied the MRI and X Ray reports. He advised physio therapy and to lose some more weight and my problem , he said, is common for people over 60 and not to worry but continue to go about regular work . Need to see him after 90 days. He was gracious, thorough and did not say a single sentence that would suggest hifonda treatment etc. His meticulous attention to details was indeed very remarkable. Very very affordable cost for the consultation and prompt service. In the USA inspite of having first class expensive insurance, the cost of medicare is beyond the scope of people like us esp visitors. prohibitive and 100 or more times expensive. simply not affordable. We could not even get to see a specialist when I was in severe distress. Emergency care would have cost me upwards of Rs 4 lacs. just MRI, X Rays, Consultation etc. Here I could see Dr Khincha, get the best possible affordable guidance. Good to be back home !!. A close friend of mine, an elderly lady over 85 years had both the knee joints replaced and her quality of life improved, thanks to Dr Khincha's expert care and surgical intervention. His approach to bring affordable medical care for ortho issues for our folks is commedable.

I had a fall from my scooter in mid May 2015. I had consulted 3 Orthopedic surgeons who suggested ACL reconstruction, before I consulted Dr.Khincha. I had not finalized which Doctor will do the surgery.

Dr.Khincha has operated 3 knee surgery cases successfully in my own family. So, after hearing good reviews from my family members, I consulted Dr.Khincha. After careful examination of my right knee, Dr, said there might be option to do Minesectomy alone if the ACL tear was not severe. But he did not promise anything and said it would be decided at the time of surgery. I was very pleased with Dr.Khincha, as a person and as a doctor. I finalized the surgery dates the very next week.

Doctor examined my ACL ligament and decided to do Minesectomy alone as ACL tear was not severe. It was a very tedious and difficult job to reach the Meniscus tear and operate. The arthroscopic surgery was done very deligently by Dr.Khincha and his team.I was very pleased and satisfied how the whole process was handled.

I encourage Dr.Khincha’s patients to believe that they are in very safe hands; and to trust and follow the guidance given by the Doctor.

I had visited him when i had ACL and LCL breakage. He was ultra casual and highly indifferent. He told to continue with normal activities. On visiting other doctors , I realised - if I had followed his casual approach , I would have lost my knee for life.

Dr Khincha is very friendly and vastly experienced. . Was a bit nervous in the beginning of the surgery but the entire team (assistant doctors, physio therapists, sister, helpers, insurance coordinators) have done a fantastic job. For the whole 2 days @hospital they made me feel at home. Surgery went smoothly, Dr Khincha and his assitants visited me regularly on both days, advised me and kept my morale high. 2nd day after surgery was painful but doctors took care of that.

Awesome experience, I had visited Dr. Khincha after knocking the doors with about half a dozen Orthopaedic Surgeons and was referred by one of my relative to pay a visit here. Dr. Khincha eagerly listened to my concerns and asked for a simple Blood Test called HLAB-27. When I was tested positive for the blood test, he was assertive in telling me what this is called and what is the reason for this (Ankylosing Spondalytisis) and gave me hope that this doesn't really matter. Just be happy and now that you know what your problem is guided me on my exacerbated pain with exercises and NSAID's. * ***** **** ** ***** ******* **** ************** *******, I was so happy **** ** ********* **** *** ******* ** ** ******** that he pin-pointed what I was going through in just 1 meeting. He is an erudite Orthopaedic Doctor who has loads of experience understanding and working with patients day in and day out. Any Orthopaedic issues I can positively bet on Dr. Khincha.

My first visit was when I had lower back pain and the issue was more mental than physical. Dr. Khincha put me at ease right away after diagnosis and asked me to continue whatever physical activity I was used to - run, swim and play like normal - and this is exactly what I did. This advice was golden.

I had a complete ACL tear while playing football and Dr. Khincha performed an ACL reconstruction surgery last year. Dr. Khincha is a top notch specialist in this area, and has a methodical approach to every minute detail. His entire team who were part of the reconstruction procedure were thorough, professional and put at ease every concern I had.

The physiotherapy team at his clinic are an excellent set of people, and really helped during my recovery. A big thanks to Dr. Khincha and his team.

He is a master of his trade!!! 2 fractures, ACL n MCL, 4 ligaments ruptured, 2 completely damaged, 2 torn - all this on one knee - I was going through hell!!! I visited him first in 2013 when I had torn the ligaments in my knee and had to undergo surgery. He was fantastic. I had broke my leg bone while playing football but the bone were not displaced I went to one hospital they said need to operate. As per my wellwisher suggestion I met Dr. Khincha at Sagar hospital he verified xray report and suggested since the bones are not displaced no need to operate just 3 months of non movement bandage is enough. Thank you sir for operation less treatment now my legs are very good no problems.
