Dr. Kayal Vizhi N

Dr. Kayal Vizhi madam has been extremely good in understanding my crohn's disease progression. She has helped me many times with the anxieties that happened during minor flare-up's. She is extremely patient and listens to everything you have to say, then diagnoses the cause of the symptom (related/unrelated to crohn's, due to a flu going around,...) correctly with the experience she has. She never asks you to do a test unless required (unlike many regional doctors I had experience in my life).

For people with prolonged chronic illnesses like me, you can notice that she is concerned about getting you better, every time you meet her. She took time, many times to encourage me to reach my full potential with regard to every aspect (personal, career,...) of my life. She cares about her patients and adapts to their patients needs and sensibilities when possible (anxieties, not being able to meet in person). I highly recommend this doctor, especially to the patients with prolonged illnesses.

The gastroenterology department at Aster CMI hospital (led by Dr. Naresh Bhatt and Dr. Kayal Vizhi) has an exceptionally good patient-first culture.

Dr. Kayal Vizhi N is humble and soft spoken. She is very experienced, listens patiently, motivates, and gives clear advice.

Dr Kayal was very patient with my dad and explained elaborately on the procedure and the need for it. She's very understanding and understands the sentiments of the patient and the family and took time to help us with all the queries we had. Some were repetitive but she kept answering all things with the same patience and made sure that we are in the right place and hands.

Very affectionate and friendly overall.

Though the wait was long, it was worth it.

There was nothing that impressed me at the Hospital...neither staff, billing clerk, wheelchair response..absolutely nothing.

I even started regretting have gone there..but only till I met the Docter..

Sweetest person I hv ever met..best lady who is friendly, but can actually raise your hopes and make u better.

I had visited the hospital and it was gastric issues related. Consultation was fine by the doctor. I am satisfied with the explanation and treatment given. I can definitely recommend the doctor to my family and friends. There was not much waiting time when we went. Medicines was prescribed by doctor during consultation. Blood test, ultra sound was done. I am still using medicines. Doctor was friendly. I have follow-up visit on august month. Hospitality was good.

The consultation was for my Wife she had a abdomen pain so we had to visit the Doctor, It was a good consultation he treated my wife really well but I had to face challenges when we got her admitted in the hospital for the same reason, She's feeling good now & ofcourse I would recommend the doctor to others.

Doctor is very rude and arrogant*** **** ** *** ***** *** *** ********* *** ****** ******* **** ******* *** *** ******..she will be ok...The problem arrives when you ask any question...her behaviour changed drastically when i did so...She then started behaving very rudely at each consultation...** *** ********** ** ** *** * ****** ***** ****** ** ******************.She was scolding like anything... ** *** * ******** ****** ********..she is the most impolite, ******** ****** * **** **** ************ ****** ******* **** ****...I regret visiting such rudr and arrogant doctor.

Extremely cooperative and helpful. The USG department was supposed to do USG I’m at 830 and the attendant said that doctor will come at 930. To our surprise we waited there only and the radiologist didn’t come in front of us as she was sitting inside and had told attendant to inform patient that it will happen 930. My mother had not eaten anything for USG and we informed Dr Kayal about same . She said she will take up the matter. Didn’t like this attitude towards patients and lies involved.
