We consulted dermatologist Dr. Kavya specifically for black marks on the neck. During the first visit, she examined the condition, confirmed it was sunburn-related, and prescribed medication for two weeks, assuring us that it would be cured within that time, with only slight discoloration remaining initially.

When we visited after two weeks, *** ******** *** ********* *************** She stated that she had not treated black marks at all and claimed that she treated only red faint marks, repeatedly saying that there were no black marks earlier. She even asked us to provide proof that black marks existed before the first visit.

We provided clear photos taken before the initial consultation. We went for our mother’s health problem which was untreated for almost a month. Shestarted showing rashes and swelling in her ankle and legs . We showed to 2 good and experienced physicians but they took us in totally wrong direction, lottt of unnecessary tests and medicines and the main problem was left untreated.

Dr. Kavya was 3rd consultation we took and she took less than a min to identify the actual problem. She patiently listened to our problem and treatment history , understood patient’s lifestyle and suggested the treatment with minimal and required medicine only. I am suffering from skin related infection from past 6months... I consulted 4 to 5 doctors before consulting Kavya mam.. Some of them visually inspected wat was the issue wit ma skin... But some of them didnt even see wat happened..They all just did bla bla bla talking n wrote some cream n tablets.... Thats it..

But Kavya mam visually inspects in detail wat s the problem. I liked tat much.... Coz as its a skin disease one cant predict wat s the problem without visual inspection.. She explained wat happened n wat should I avoid.... Thankuu sooo much mam...
