We consulted dermatologist Dr. Kavya specifically for black marks on the neck. During the first visit, she examined the condition, confirmed it was sunburn-related, and prescribed medication for two weeks, assuring us that it would be cured within that time, with only slight discoloration remaining initially.

When we visited after two weeks, *** ******** *** ********* *************** She stated that she had not treated black marks at all and claimed that she treated only red faint marks, repeatedly saying that there were no black marks earlier. She even asked us to provide proof that black marks existed before the first visit.

We provided clear photos taken before the initial consultation. Despite this, she refused to accept her earlier assessment and continued to deny the presence of black marks. ******* ** ********** *** ******** *** **** ******** *** ********** *** ****** *** ********** ******* ******* *** ********* ** * ******** ****** *** *** **** ** **** ** ****** ** **** ***** ** ********* *** ********** **** ** *** *** ******* ** ************ *** ** ******* * ******* ** ****** * ******* *******Overall, it was a very disappointing *** ************** experience.

Hello sir, yes as mentioned in the review we had to treat the sunburn first before we go ahead and treat the pigmentation and that is what was done. And secondly yes as conveyed during the consultation there shall discolouration left but again there was miscommunication where you thought the pigmentation will also disappear in 2 weeks with just one cream. Here yes we failed to understand the patients expectation of severe sunburn with pigmentation to disappear in 2 weeks . And comes right on 14th day with the intention to pick an argument not even letting the doctor justify and when the doctor holds firm to the treatment given and speaks you call it raising voice and unprofessional. The same gentleman who got treated and got better gets his wife along for next consultation and since dint get expecpted results goes and writes the same review in multiple platforms about the same doctor who treated his condition. Such HIPOCRISY !! FORGET ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM where are the GROUND VALUES ! The lady threatens the doctors before leaving see what ill do to you. May you find the best treatment for your condition.

*** ***** ** *** **** ****** *** ****** We can’t show enough gratitude to the doctor. I would highlllly recommend her.

We went for our mother’s health problem which was untreated for almost a month. Shestarted showing rashes and swelling in her ankle and legs . We showed to 2 good and experienced physicians but they took us in totally wrong direction, lottt of unnecessary tests and medicines and the main problem was left untreated.

Dr. Kavya was 3rd consultation we took and she took less than a min to identify the actual problem. She patiently listened to our problem and treatment history , understood patient’s lifestyle and suggested the treatment with minimal and required medicine only. As we had bad experience with previous doctors upon our request she suggested and did biopsy even in her busy schedule.

I am suffering from skin related infection from past 6months... I consulted 4 to 5 doctors before consulting Kavya mam.. Some of them visually inspected wat was the issue wit ma skin... But some of them didnt even see wat happened..They all just did bla bla bla talking n wrote some cream n tablets.... Thats it..

But Kavya mam visually inspects in detail wat s the problem. I liked tat much.... Coz as its a skin disease one cant predict wat s the problem without visual inspection.. She explained wat happened n wat should I avoid.... Thankuu sooo much mam...
