Experience with the doctor was really good and I would like to recommend the doctor to other patients. But the appointment management teams doesn't work according to what they say. Fallow up appointment as not been scheduled yet and they keep saying we will call you back from hospital and that never happens. Mainpal customer care says we are helpless in this.

As per my experience, the waiting time was around one hour. But I had taken the appointment by direct walk-in. I have undergone only short term treatment with Dr. Karthik Prabhakar. Before I was visiting Manipal to consult Dr. Mallikarjun Kalashetty. He is also a very good consultant of mine. I am happy with both doctors.
