She consistently arrived late for appointments, showing a lack of punctuality and self-disciplined. Additionally, her demeanor was often rude, making the experience uncomfortable. I have taken prior appointment and reached on time waited for more than an hour.
My token number was 145 and she was seeing patients with token no 143.
She took one hour to see my wife.
My wife was suffering from viral fever and interesting part she even not checked temprature.
Simply she asked generic questions...all patient lines ...
She asked
1. You have fever okay, it seems it is viral
2. How long
3. Do you work ? My wife said yes ...she immediately said take rest or work from home.******** ** *** ******* **** *** ********** **********4. Do you want to do test ..****** **** * I said yes then immediately she said gave four tests.* **** **** *** **** **** * ******* **** **** **** ** *** *** ******

Waste of money,
I am a retired IPS officer residing in HRBR Kalyana nagara Bengaluru and frequently visit Dr Kanchan for all my immediate medical problems.
She ** **** ************* *** provide perfect treatment for the ailments. Make patients comfortable to speak the symptoms etc,.
I strongly recommend the Doctor who practices in Specialist hospital.
The doctor does not pay attention, is very casual in her approach and does not give full picture/understanding - few examples below
- recommended B12 injections over oral medication - which resulted in super bad acne (I already have a scarring from acne which is clearly visible) - never told me side effects of taking injections
- during covid she didn’t even bother to speak for 30 seconds and got CT scan done and gave a treatment without any explanation and also recommended to get hospitalised - when asked for reason, it was supposed to be precautionary which no one other recommended when they looked at the CT scan
Overall will not recommend this doctor

I took my mother to her for checkup , she lacks professionalism and has zero empathy for patients **** ***** *********
They given tokens but don’t follow any order of token while my mom who 74 years is waiting in loobby with pre booked appointment and token some acquaintances of dr and staff who are much younger came much latter walked in with token no’s latter than us

Doctor is very good.. Did consultation for my wife, she diagnosed the issue correctly and gave the right medicines. My spouse recovered fast. Highly recommend Dr Kanchan
