Had severe sneezing allergy in last 4-5 months. Was living on cetrizine/montair most days as a temporary solution. Visited the Dr and she asked me what all activities that I did. She judged correctly and gave medicines and suggested changes in daily routine, Eg., take a head bath after gym, which was the main cause for the sudden allergy. Had two dosages and followed the head bath routine. That's all, now my allegory is resolved.
