Context : I have been suffering from chronic back pain issues from last 10 + years. As a result i have frequently consulted most recommended allopaths in bangalore - Malleshwaram, BG road, Kalyannagar, Hebbal etc., tried homeopathy, visited few physiotherapists and also undergone Ayurveda treatments at various places like Jindal and in Kerala.

Awesome doctor! I had a back/hip pain for which I went to a regular Ortho doctor, who took an X-ray and said its early signs of lumbar spondylosis, and asked me to do some exercise. I was thinking maybe I need to go for more expensive treatment options like Accupressure from Dr. Sarvottham when I came across good reviews for Dr. Jacob and wanted to give it a try. Dr. Jacob after examining me said its more due to some mis-alignment of my spine, which I could relate to a fall I had several months back. I have not seen other physio therapists or orthopaedic doctors do such kind of minute examination of spinal structure. It helped spot some twists in the structure in my case which was the root cause of my pain and not any disc issue as was told earlier by orthopaedic doctor. After first session itself, I got some relief to my surprise! What the ortho doctor failed to catch/spot, Dr. Jacob was spot on in his diagnosis. Feel lucky to have met him before embarking on more expensive treatment options!

After a few failed attempts by other physios, I read about Dr Roshan and met him first late Nov 2020. I'd been having a grinding pain on my right knee which worsened as I climbed down stairs, jumped or did squats. This had started to affect my daily badminton routine badly to the extent that I had to stop playing.

Dr Roshan is an expert at detecting the exact issue and curing it in the most natural way. I hadn't ever faced issues with my hips earlier and I have been working out since the last 2 years. Dr Roshan was able to appropriately diagnose which of my discs had slight irritation and suggested excellent stretches (yet simple to do) which worked like a charm. Given that my injury was not mild, (since I was finding it difficult to bend/sit on a chair) he even prescribed medicines which aided faster recovery and did not have any side effects.
