the experience once you meet the doctor is good . he takes time to review the case and explains things in detail .but the major problem is the wait time even after taking an appointment . This was my fourth visit and evey single time wait time has been minimum of 1.5 hours . The strange part is they feel no obligation to explain the reason for delay and that it is considered normal to keep patients waiting for 1.5-2 hours . never understood what's the point of giving an appointment when ultimately you guys have no respect for time slots and feel it's normal to make people wait for long periods .
The clinic is very mismanaged.
I had an appointment on Saturday. Got a call from clinic a day before to tell me the appointment is cancelled. I asked for a reschedule, so got appointment of Friday. Was not in favour but meeting doc was important. Had to take one half leave from office to reach clinic.
After reaching I was told to wait atleast an hour. Or take an appointment on Saturday. Remember they had cancelled my appointment on Saturday earlier.
I told that I can't come again. So I ll wait. As there were no seat vacant. I went out. Soon I got a seat and sat there for around 1 hour 15 mins. After which I enquired again.
The receptionist had not queued me. Thinking that I ve left. And hence had to wait more.
The staff their are not at all courteous and will always be in hurry. This being a doctor's clinic atleast patient expect to be heard. Atleast treat people as people and not animal.
I met doc after 2 hours of waiting.
Doctor is very good. But this clinic is extremely bad.

*** **** ** ****** ***** Even after booking first appointment of day and being there by 9am. I got consultation at 11:30.
Reason being my file was not given to doctor by the reception after clearing the payment early. Other file after me reached somehow.
Also while booking an appointment I asked for first appointment of the day and I was blatently lied to.
I was told forst appointment is available 2 weeks later but when I reached I came to know that I was scheduled at 4th number. And I got further delayed after messup of the file.
I went in and doctor was in hurry for leaving out for rounds in the hospital hence the was not much discussion on condition or treatment.
Visited For Lower Back Pain
It was not that great. We have consulted him for lower back pain for my wife.It was an emergency condition,where she has seviour pain. She cant able to stand & sit for long time.Doctor has not even seen the problem area. He just saw our scan reports and given some medicine. He would have given some explanation & reason for the problem,which he is not ready even we ask also. After seeing reviews from practo we consulted. But some reason he was not in a mood to explain. It was not up to the expectations.

He hardy spent 1 minutes and do not gives enough time. As per-diagnostic was done by Associate doctor and Prescription was ready before meeting him. Also as ask for *********** reports and other doctor consultation.
From x-ray he identified the problem but again asked for more x-ray and MRI for detail diagnostic. He did not saw report for 30 seconds and asked to consult Spine specialist he refereed in same hospital who said X-ray is fine no need of MRI.
So be careful.
I'm consulting him from more than two months. Until now everything is well and fine. The doctor is spontaneously taking care of my medical needs. I'm satisfied with the treatment. The consultation will take a while though. In case if the queue is long, it might cross more than an hour. But not being very bothered about that, I am happy to recommend the doctor.

understands the issue and does not advise any treatment unless very essential. I had gone for an issue which occured post my surgery performed by some other doctor. I had undergone a ligament reconstruction. this developed into osteoarthritis which the doctor dealt really well.

Dr. Kalyan has been treating me for a while now. He is patient, listens very carefully and diffuses any tension with his smile and calm demeanor. Takes extra care in explaining the issue, causes along with the treatment. Incredibly trustworthy doctor!
My experience was good overall. The doctor is very good, and everything about the visit was good, which is why we waited for him. The clinic staff and facilities were also good. The only issue was that the waiting time was a little too much for us. The doctor suggested an MRI scan, and I am going to follow his advice and suggestions.
