I had been under Dr. Heema's Physio treatment through HansaClinic for my back pain and it was very very severe. There was a Zero pain after 5 visits and I started playing badminton like before. The way of her treatment is very much friendly in nature and she used to do continuous follow-up till our pain is zero. *** ** *** ** *** **** * **** **** *** *** ***** ** ***** ******* The best part of her treatment is, she used to write step by step for each exercises in paper for our reference and sharing hard copy too. So that we can treat our self if we get the pain in future. Another best part of her treatment is, all her treatments only through exercises and very less use of machines.

Dr Heema is a boon to her patients. From the very first session she has her patients up and moving on the road to complete recovery. With one look she identifies the root cause. If we follow her advice then we can recover fully and lead a normal life. I had a severe catch on my left shoulder along with tennis elbow which made my left arm immobile. With the first session itself I walked out of the cabin half way to recovery. She also cleared me of back and knee pain.
