There was nothing bad about Dr. Harshitha Boyareddigari herself. However, the hospital's time management was very poor, and the staff gave wrong information about the doctor's room. The patient coordinator also had an attitude problem, which made me feel like I wasted my time and money.

The wait time was too long, and the doctor did not clearly explain my condition despite prescribing a steroid. I had to ask to understand it was conjunctivitis, as only the medication frequency was mentioned.

Doctor is very approachable. Did very thorough investigation into the issue and gave detailed explanation.
