From the completion of his post-graduate training at CMC Vellore, he has worked as a Consultant Neurosurgeon in Mallya Hospital Bangalore, Was Head of the department of neurosurgery at Ambedkar Medical College Bangalore,Head Neurosurgery at Sanjay Gandhi institute of trauma Bangalore, and professor and HOD of Neurosurgery at Vydehi institute of medical sciences Bangalore. He later was the founder-director of the Aakash institute of medical sciences Bangalore. Presently he is practising as a Consultant Neurosurgeon at Specialist Hospital Bangalore.
