I recently had a concerning experience at a clinic and felt compelled to share my feedback. We visited Dr. H M Krishnamurthy's clinic based on referrals, but the doctor's lack of attention and refusal to provide advice without the patient's presence was disappointing. Despite providing medical reports, we left feeling ignored. I believe every patient deserves careful consideration. The unexpected 900/- charge added to our frustration. My hope is that this feedback encourages clinics to prioritize patient satisfaction and communication.
