The doctor gave ample time to understand & hear about the history/background and my point of view for the issues involved. Having collected all aspects of understanding verbally & seeing reports etc, he then took details of general health before getting on with detailed explanation of each issue and possibilities/choice over xrays. The explanation was graphical (not only verbal) to clearly understanding the remedial possibilities. Procedural approach, schedule, cost, process was very well explained and I felt so comfortably placed to be fully aware of and to take appropriate decision.
