We visited the doctor for my father's urinary issues. Some tests were prescribed, which the doctor went through (but did not talk about unless asked) and prescribed a medication for life, which I think is fine but what could be better was a clear explanation of the medical condition and the treatment plan. A little friendliness and warmth has only helped patients but both seemed to be missing in our interactions.

We had a very good experience with the Doctor as well as with the hospital staff. They well inform you about the availability of the Doctor and most important part is that Doctor listen to you patiently and advise what is needed. Really good experience so far.
