1. I arrived late as I was in surgery which sometimes inadvertently gets delayed. 2. I apologise for the frequent phone interruptions but unfortunately, that comes with this job! 3. I deal with living bodies which do not work like clocks! If the situation demands me to take a bit more time, things do get delayed! Anyway I still apologise for the delay!
