The doctor was good and explained everything clearly. However, there was some confusion with the staff about the doctor's availability, which caused me to wait for 15 to 20 minutes ************** I think the staff should verify the doctor's presence more accurately before informing patients. Overall, I would rate my experience four out of five.

He was very clear and detailed in his explanations despite being busy. He was patient and receptive to my questions, even when they seemed silly. His reassuring attitude made me feel confident about the timing of my surgery.

I had to undergo a corrective surgery as my previous kidney stenting which was performed in another hospital led to 3 perforations with the stent placed wrongly outside the kidney and extravasation of urine in the peritorium down to psoas on CT abdomen postoperatively.
