I had to undergo a corrective surgery as my previous kidney stenting which was performed in another hospital led to 3 perforations with the stent placed wrongly outside the kidney and extravasation of urine in the peritorium down to psoas on CT abdomen postoperatively. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Giridhar V and Dr.Nagasubramanyam for the exceptional care and expertise shown during my corrective surgery. What truly stood out was the depth of analysis and thorough understanding of my condition. Every step—from diagnosis to treatment—was backed by clear reasoning and a well-thought-out approach.

However, there was some confusion with the staff about the doctor's availability, which caused me to wait for 15 to 20 minutes ************** I think the staff should verify the doctor's presence more accurately before informing patients. Overall, I would rate my experience four out of five.
