Dr. Mahanthagouda Earanna

My experience with Dr. Mahanthagouda Earanna was very good. The doctor explained everything well and I would definitely recommend him to others. The clinic staff and overall visit were also excellent.

The doctor explained things fairly well and my overall experience was good. The staff behavior and wait time could be improved, but I would give a high rating and recommend Dr. Mahanthagouda Earanna.

I was suffering from a severe headache, Fever, Cough, Back pain, Vomit, Motion and Tiredness and visited Phoenix Hospital HSR. Dr Mr Eranna suggested a Dengue test. It was non reactive and i visited the hospital in the evening to collect the report and consult Dr again.

There was no dengue and it was a viral fever. I also had high cholesterol where the Dr said the medication required for it. The Dr was in a hurry probably for a break and so nothing has been done to me

Medicine for pain and tiredness.??

Medicine for Cholesterol..?

Medicine for Cough..??

Medicine for motion..?

All they have done is charged 450/- for consultation and 3800/- for blood test

Now i need to consult some other Dr for the medicines. I am not sure about other Doctors over there but So far it was unprofessional from Dr Eranna and i was supposed to consult another doctor for medication by paying you 4500/-

I visited Phoenix hospital for the first time when my mother had diabetic complications on a Sunday evening.

Had to hospitalise her since her sugar levels spiked to 500 and situation was bit critical.

Hospitality of all the staff nurse in the hospital was really great, even during the absence of Doctor’s on a weekend! Which I’m really overwhelmed about.

Next morning met Dr. Eranna and by then the treatment had already started from last night as per doctor’s instructions.

However, Her sugar levels was fluctuating and

I was really worried until I met Dr.Eranna.

The way he diagnosed and explained me patiently about the sugar level fluctuation was really convinced.

The best part is, doctor was very sure about getting her sugar levels in control with the treatment and giving his best to make the patient well and out of danger😊👍

Never had this kind of experience even in a big hospitals.

Cleanliness of the hospital was really 10/10.

Reasonable hospital charges.

Great Hospitality.

I visited Dr Eranna for liver issue. I was already suffering from immunity issue and on top of that my SGPT, SGOT were above 1000 & entire Liver was malfunctioned.

Dr Eranna rightly diagnosed, did required blood tests step by step to know the cause. Once the cause is identified, he advised me to admit for faster recovery. I am fine now and my count reduced noticebly.

I do not have words to thank him to cure me. He is General medicine MD too so I will continue consulting him for any of my health issue first.

I value and respect his accurate and genuine treatment. His polite behavior and soft spoken skills are well heard every time I met him. His kind and calm nature warmed our heart. I really appreciate his help. Thank you.

Unfriendly staff at the reception. The boy at the reception was rude and not willing to guide. I tried to understand a few things regarding my health check up recommended by the doctor; he asked me to read the recommendations properly before calling because he did not have time. When I asked some pointed questions, he gave some hazy answers and asked me to visit the hospital again. It was a miserable experience. I finally decided to take my health check up somewhere else.. I had a very bad experience at the Phoenix hospital where the doctor sits.. having said that, the doctor was good. So my recommendation is don't visit the hospital because they don't have time for the patient.

First and foremost I would like to thank Earanna Doctor and he is very good doctor and I recommend this doctor for anyone.

I am taking the treatment with this doctor and he treating me well and still I am on medication.

This complaint / Feedback to the hospital management.

See usually if any person gets fever and he can re visit the doctor with in 1 week to tell about the improvement and any other issues etc.

My treatment is for 1 month and I have to re visit the doctor after 1 month to update the improvement status .

Doctor him self is writing to re visit after 1 month a d we need to pay the full amount once again. Why don't you change this policy from your side.

I want to suggest your management is after the first visit you should give the free consultation once again as per the doctors confirmation.

For the same treatment after 1 month I visited and I paid the total consultation fee today. Again doctor asked me to visit after 1 month.

So these kind of re visiting charges either it should be waved off OR should keep it as very minimal as we come for the same treatment and this is my sincere request.

Hope for the next month I will get good feedback on this.

Doctor is good however not happy with staff and lab test costs.lab costs looks high when compared to outside. Same time appointment was given to many and we need ask for our time otherwise we will be keep on sitting for sure , On that day one receptionist wearing white shirt in the hospital was very rude.

**** **** ****** ******* ** ***** ********* *********** ************ He explains the cause and try to keep as simple as possible and gives right advice.

Took my mother to Dr eranna as she hd food poisioning. He gave set of medicines and drips which made her feel better within 2 days.
