Take the case of my baby, where he had to go through an operation on abdominal intussusception when he was just a year old. Dr. Meena detected the case and in no time knew that CloudNine will not have adequate infrastructure to operate the case. She ensured to call her professor in Manipal, Dr. Radhakrishnan immediately and arranged for safe passage transfer for my baby to Dr. Radhakrishnan's capable hand. It does not stop here. Even though she was not linked directly to the case, she continuously followed up with us, the parents, on a regular basis to ensure , my baby is getting proper care and support. A very approachable person indeed. She will respond to your queries anytime in email and always maintain communication. Your baby will never get treated like another case in a hospital , when Dr. Meena is attending your child. She is an active listener, and quite often we see doctors don't provide time to listen to the parents concerns , probably because another patient is waiting in queue. I delivered twin in cloud nine and regular predi is Dr. Aravind, however its highly not possible to get an appointment with him. Luckily got to know Dr.Meena by one of the working staff there.
