Dr. Pillai patiently explained the most probable cause of golfer's elbow pain, and suggested a wait and watch policy including strengthening and conditioning rather than getting into arthroscopy right away.
His approach proved to be correct since the pain in my elbows has reduced significantly and i am able to get back to my usual fitness routine after only a week's break.
