I got Deep Filling, Invisalign Treatment, fixed Retainers, Cleaning and Polishing done in Smylife Dental Clinic. Initially when I want to go for braces, I had visited two or three chain hospitals to enquire about Invisalign and other existing options. But I had noticed all these big hospitals were nudging me towards Invisalign, which made me feel very uncomfortable. After reading positive reviews in Google and Practo, I had visited Smylife. Dr. Venkatesh had told me about all the existing options and pros and cons of each very clearly and cleared all my doubts regarding each of the options and left the choice to me. I felt the discussion to be very transparent which was very important to me. After I had decided to go for Invisalign program, Dr Venkatesh had personally verified the computer output scans and even sent back the initial model for more enhancements. Through out the treatment, which was around a year, Dr. Venkatesh and Dr. Hetal examined the alignment multiple times and suggested me right steps for getting the best output. There was never a bad or unpleasant experience at Smylife. They ensured each appointment to be as smooth as possible for me, even during Covid crisis. Needless to say I would definitely go to Smylife for all future dental checkups.

It was my first experience in the dental clinic. Dr. Hetal greeted me politely. Although she was wearing a PPE kit and mask, I could feel the warmness and smile on her face. Very delicately she examined my wisdom tooth and recommended two options. Either a small surgery that would solve the issue completely or a medication course. I went for the latter as the issue wasn't too frequent. She suggested that if it becomes frequent I better get that surgery. Then we chit-chatted for a minute about my education and my home town, prescribed me medicines and warmly said bye. I was too scared to visit a dentist for the first time but Dr. Hetal made it easier for me.

I had braces treatment by Dr Hetal, she is very professional & clearly articulated the gravity of my issue in a common & simple language which is key for the customers. The treatment was painless with sophisticated equipment & best in class experts. The hygiene maintained during the pandemic & level of precautionary measures in terms of PPE is commendable & highly satisfactory.

I visited Dr Hetal in April 2018 for a severe toothace. Dr Venkatesh and Dr Hetal together has done the examination. Post which they have clearly told me about the root cause of pain and explained me whole situation patiently wih the inside pictures of my tooths. Explanation was satisfactory and I understood clearly that a RCT will be required. Dr Hetal has done that for me. She is extremly polite, patience and had a very clean hand when it comes to RCT Treatment. My particular case was delayed a bit for which she has ensured that I should get additional advantage of upgraded Clone with addtional warranty. Overall my experience with Dr Hetal is very good. I highly recommend her as a dentist for RCT Treatment.

Dr Hetal has been attending to my daughter Anoushka , my dad and I for the past two years now . She has such a pleasant demeanour and makes sure one is extremely comfortable with her especially the ones like me who have a huge phobia. I went to Dr. hetal last year to know more about options i have for my crooked teeth. I was very happy with the way she explained different types of braces and the procedure,which was not done in any other clinics. Then i decide to go with Damon braces and after an year we have removed the upper braces and she din't remove the lower braces just for one tooth was not correct that shows how dedicated she is for her patients.I would definitely recommend dr.hetal.
