Concerns with Treatment Approach: One of the primary issues I encountered was a strong inclination towards surgery for a range of problems* ********* ********** ***** ******* ***** *** ** ************ This approach felt somewhat experimental, leading to concern on our part.

Recommendation for Second Opinions: Based on our experience, I strongly encourage everyone to seek a second opinion before proceeding with any surgical recommendations made by Dr. Dhanpal. Hospital Affiliation Preferences: During our consultations, Dr. Dhanpal expressed a preference for conducting follow-up visits and tests at Sagar Hospital instead of Apollo Spectra, where we initially consulted him. This recommendation was made based on quicker report turnaround times. ******** **** ****** *** *** ******* *** ********** ******* ** ********* ********* which was disappointing given the logistical adjustments we had to make.

Diagnostic Concerns: The diagnostic journey under Dr. Dhanpal's care was confusing and, ultimately, unsatisfactory. I was unable to attend the consultation because the doctor was not available.

I did not feel the doctor explained everything clearly, and I will need to check again with the doctor.

I had urinary related so went to hospital. ********* *** **** ** ******. I would like to recommend the doctor to other people. Antibiotics were recommended by the doctor. There was no waiting time in the hospital when we went.  

I had consulted the doctor and it was for kidney stones related issues. Consultation was fine by the doctor. He helped me to understand issues. I would like to recommend the doctor to many people. There was no waiting time when we went. Scanning was done. Medicines was prescribed by doctor during consultation. He was friendly.  

I had visited the hospital and it was for urinary related issue. There was less waiting time in the hospital. It was for 15 minutes. Tests was recommended. Doctor didn't respond when I shared urine tests via WhatsApp. Doctor shared his number and told to share reports earlier. Doctor was friendly. Hospitality was good.

I had a very bad experience with this clinic. I booked the appointment via Practo it got confirmed. I called the clinic the make sure the time is confirmed as I had important meetings after the doctors appointment but I needed to see a doctor with my urgent problem. On the phone they told me they call the doctor to check if he is coming in today. They called me back and said 10 am won’t work, he will be there at 10:30 am. I asked them if there is anyway to make it earlier, they said come earlier we try. When I came the doctor wasn’t there. At 10:30 the doctor was still not there. At 11:10 am the doctor still wasn’t there and didn’t answer the phone according to the clinic. Unbelievable! What an aimless of time I went through. Never booking this clinic or doctor again.

I would recommend to take second opinion before you take his advise because he always suggest surgery.
